Grand Kinnisvara Ltd established in 1992, actively operative real estate company, owning Uurimisteenused trade mark, cowered by patent. Company original name was JSC Uurimisteenused.

15 years on housing market - Nowadays this is quite long term for a company in innovating and quickly developing Estonian county. During that time Grand Kinnisvara has helped our customers to find the new houses as well as the new owners for old houses.
At the same time our goal is to offer to our customers absolutely mew broker services, including extent of real estate, maintenance and management of real estate, legal advices and full representation. Our legal documentation prepared only by acknowledged lawyers. We are capable to present your interests in every place in Estonia. The priority in the nearest future is to increase the quality of the customer service and to improve the customer’s data base.
We rolled out the project under the name “Buy the place for you under the sun”, where we are offering to our current and future customer’s investment possibility in the Bulgarian real estate. Project goal is to afford the opportunities offered by just appearing Bulgarian market to our potential customers. The purpose is not just to afford the opportunities, but to offer a diverse help, from legal advices by purchasing of real estate till establishing a company. For more efficient project management the Bulgarian branch was established. Through that company we are developing cooperation with residential area Bulgarian partner on the Black Sea coast.

We created a team, which is focused on house’s building and selling. This project is run by our branch - Grand Arendus Ltd.
Concern Grand Kinnisvara includes as well Ldt Grand Haldus, whish mission is rendering of real estate management services, and Ltd Grand Finance, which has been established for effective investments of customers and mother company free funds.
